Terms & conditions.

These terms govern your use of robotwaragi.com and any purchase you make through it. The site is operated by Robot Industries Limited (Plot 3116, Ngobe B, Bunamwaya, Wakiso, Uganda; P.O. Box 210, Wakiso, Uganda). By using the site or creating an account you agree to them.

Adults only

Robot Flavoured Gin is an alcoholic beverage. This website and every sale through it are for adults aged 18 and over only. We verify age at account creation, at checkout, and at hand-over of any delivery. Excessive consumption of alcohol is harmful to your health. Never drink and drive.

Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you give us and for keeping your login confidential. Give us your real date of birth and your own Ugandan mobile number. We may suspend or close an account that circumvents these rules.

Orders, prices and payment

Online ordering is not open yet. When it opens: all prices are in Ugandan shillings (UGX) and include the taxes applicable at the time; an order becomes binding when payment is confirmed; and delivery is possible within the zones we serve. If a price or stock level is shown incorrectly, we will contact you before fulfilling the order, and you may cancel and be refunded in full.

Availability

We work hard to show accurate availability, but a bottle can sell out. If an ordered item is unavailable we will offer an alternative or a refund.

Intellectual property

The Robot name, the bottle artwork and the contents of this website belong to Robot Industries Limited. You may not copy or reuse them commercially without written permission.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits responsibility that cannot lawfully be limited. Otherwise, our responsibility for claims connected to the website or an order is limited to the amount you paid for the order concerned.

Ugandan law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uganda, and the courts of Uganda have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
